Resetting or updating your Payflows password

Resetting your password

1. Visit https://app.payflows.io/forgot-password

2. Enter the email address used to create your Payflows account

3. Enter the code sent in the message titled Forgot your Payflows password ?

4. Enter your new password

5. Click Reset password

Updating your password

1. Go to your Profile section https://app.payflows.io/settings/my-profile

2. Scroll down to Password section

3. Click Change password

4. Enter your current password and your new desired password
