Finding out about continuity alerts

  1. Go to Home on Payflows
  1. Scroll down until your account balances
  1. Check if an orange icon appear of one of your accounts

Checking the date of the last update

  1. Go to Home on Payflows
  1. Check the information on the grey banner “data was last refreshed (day) at (hour)”

Refreshing data manually

  1. Go to Home on Payflows
  1. Click on the far-right of the last update grey banner on Refresh data
  1. Refreshing data… message appears on the left of the banner
