Understanding user status on Payflows
User : is allowed to access to sections regarding the role (see below) but cannot edit any settings
Admin : is allowed to do everything that a user is allowed to do + the following actions
Settings
Users management
- Invite users & edit users permissions, roles (except admins)
- Assign users as cost-center owners
Accounts and entities
- Connect banks and PSPs
- Create accounts groups
- Create entities and link accounts to entities
Analytical axes
- Create new analytical axes
- Edit existing analytical axes
Workflows
- Create new workflows (purchase requisition & payment request forms)
- Edit existing workflows (purchase requisition & payment request forms)
Counterparties
- Create and edit counterparty
- Delete a counterparty
Payment
- Create, delete payment details
- Reassign counterparty attached to payment details
Owner : is allowed to do everything
Settings
Users management
- Invite and promote admins or owners
- Give or edit payment restrictions
Accounts
Create a new Payflows account
Payment
- Create or edit payment details
- Give or Edit payment restrictions
Managing user status of a user on Payflows
- Go to Settings section on Payflows
- Then go to Users management
- Search the desired user (you can write the name the search bar or add filter)
- Click on the status of the user you want to change it
- Click on an other status (depending your right and the actual status of the user it can be user, admin or owner)
Managing user status of a bulk of users on Payflows
- Go to Settings section
- Click on Users management
- Search the concerned users (you can write the name the search bar or add filter)
- Select the user you want to edit status by checking the box at the far-left of the users you want to modify status
- Click Status on the top of your screen
- Click on an other status (depending your right and the actual status of the user it can be user, admin or owner)
