Understanding user status on Payflows

User : is allowed to access to sections regarding the role (see below) but cannot edit any settings
Admin : is allowed to do everything that a user is allowed to do + the following actions
Settings
Users management
  • Invite users & edit users permissions, roles (except admins)
  • Assign users as cost-center owners
Accounts and entities
  • Connect banks and PSPs
  • Create accounts groups
  • Create entities and link accounts to entities
Analytical axes
  • Create new analytical axes
  • Edit existing analytical axes
Workflows
  • Create new workflows (purchase requisition & payment request forms)
  • Edit existing workflows (purchase requisition & payment request forms)
Counterparties
  • Create and edit counterparty
  • Delete a counterparty
Payment
  • Create, delete payment details
  • Reassign counterparty attached to payment details
Owner : is allowed to do everything
Settings
Users management
  • Invite and promote admins or owners
  • Give or edit payment restrictions
Accounts

Create a new Payflows account

Payment
  • Create or edit payment details
  • Give or Edit payment restrictions

Managing user status of a user on Payflows

  1. Go to Settings section on Payflows
  1. Then go to Users management
  1. Search the desired user (you can write the name the search bar or add filter)
  1. Click on the status of the user you want to change it
  1. Click on an other status (depending your right and the actual status of the user it can be user, admin or owner)

Managing user status of a bulk of users on Payflows

  1. Go to Settings section
  1. Click on Users management
  1. Search the concerned users (you can write the name the search bar or add filter)
  1. Select the user you want to edit status by checking the box at the far-left of the users you want to modify status
  1. Click Status on the top of your screen
  1. Click on an other status (depending your right and the actual status of the user it can be user, admin or owner)
